青山学院大学大学院国際マネジメント研究科（青山ビジネススクール：ABS）の寄附講座「地方創生実践論-神山プロジェクト」（寄附団体：ESG研究所 担当：大南信也教授・宮副謙司教授）は、例年9月に徳島県神山町に3日間滞在して現地を視察し地域の方のお話を聞いて、神山の地域活性化の実際を学修する体験的なプログラムとなっています。

このほど、2024年度受講生の有志が、滞在時の気づきや写真を中心に情報をまとめ、神山を紹介するガイドブックとして小冊子を作成しました。東京で勤務する社会人（実務家）、そして経営知識を伴ったMBA学生としての観点から、神山の地域価値を新たに見出すとともに、それらをより多くの人に知ってもらいたいとの気持ちや、神山の方々への感謝の気持ちを込めた「シビックエンゲージメント活動」となっています。

この小冊子は、神山町の「神山まるごと高専」2025年度新入生や、町外の人が多く訪れる「神山バレー・サテライトオフィス・コンプレックス」及び町内の主な拠点などに進呈され、ガイドとして活用されています。

ABS修了後も、お仕事がお忙しい中、このような自主活動を継続していただき、ありがとうございます。ABSは、このように社会的なリーダーを養成するビジネススクールとして、他のスクールにない独自性のある特徴を発揮しています。

2025年度も9月5日（金）～7日（日）の予定で神山滞在学習を実施予定です。神山の皆様とABSの連携関係は、今年度も引き続かれていきます。今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

The “Regional Revitalization Practice Theory - Kamiyama Project” (a donated lecture by the ESG Research Institute to ABS, led by Professors Ominami and Miyazoe) at the Graduate School of International Management (Aoyama Business School: ABS) is an experiential program where students stay in Kamiyama Town, Tokushima Prefecture, for three days in September each year to conduct on-site inspections, listen to local residents' stories, and learn about the actual efforts for regional revitalization in Kamiyama.

Recently, a group of volunteers from the 2024 cohort compiled information centered on insights and photos from their stay to create a guidebook (pamphlet) introducing Kamiyama. From the perspectives of working professionals based in Tokyo and MBA students with business knowledge, this “civic engagement activity” aims to rediscover Kamiyama's regional value, share it with a wider audience, and express gratitude to the people of Kamiyama.

This booklet is distributed to new students of “Kamiyama Marugoto College of Design, Technology, and Entrepreneurship” for the 2025 academic year, as well as to the “Kamiyama Valley Satellite Office Complex” and other major locations within the town, where many people from outside the town visit, and is used as a guide.

The eight student members who were in charge of editing and production are listed below.
Hiroki Onishi, Yukari Onishi, Shusuke Katagiri, Yumiko Kato, Masakazu Tachikawa, Hiroshi Fukui, Hideyuki Yaguchi, and Shohei Yamaguchi (all graduated from the Evening Course in March 2025).

We sincerely appreciate their continued participation in this voluntary activity even after graduating from ABS, despite their busy schedules. Aoyama Business School stands out from other schools as a business school that trains social leaders, offering unique features not found elsewhere.

The Kamiyama Stay Learning program is scheduled to take place from September 5 (Fri) to 7 (Sun) in 2025. The collaboration between Kamiyama residents and ABS will continue this year as well. We look forward to your continued support.
