Visit from 01Booster, Inc.

On October 6, Mr George Goda, CEO of 01Booster, Inc., and Mr Daisuke Wada, Director, visited ABS. They met with Dean & Professor Takamichi Hosoda and Associate Professor Yuta Hirose for a lively and productive discussion.

01Booster, Inc. is driven by the mission “Transforming Japan into a country capable of creating businesses and changing the world.” The company actively supports entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, promotes open innovation through collaboration between startups and large corporations, fosters regional business creation, and facilitates the commercialization of research and technology from universities and research institutions.

During the meeting, both parties introduced their activities and engaged in a wide-ranging exchange of views on challenges in new business development and potential collaborations through 01Booster’s various programs. This visit marks the beginning of a promising relationship between ABS and 01Booster. In particular, the greatest achievement was that we shared the current issues in corporate entrepreneurship and reached a consensus on the direction of possible countermeasures. We look forward to deepening our collaboration to further advance academia–industry partnerships and foster innovation.
