Event Report：The 1st Aoyama Management Forum

On 17 November, we invited Dr. Florian Kohlbacher, a former Business School Professor and currently active corporate executive, to deliver a lecture titled 'Boosting Your Business with Digital Transformation'.

During his presentation, he employed a combination of deductive reasoning derived from academic research and inductive reasoning based on case studies of digital transformation projects he had participated in, as well as examples from other companies. He organized the key elements of successful digital transformation into six points. The lecture effectively combined academic content with practical insights, making it easy to understand and apply to real-world situations.
During the Q&A session, probing questions were asked, leading to deeper discussion.

I believe that, through this forum, we gained a concrete understanding of how to approach digital transformation, particularly front-end digital transformation involving customer touchpoints.
