国際交流：マラヤ大学 Yusniza研究科長との会談

8月20日にABS海外研修セミナーの一環でマラヤ大学を訪問した細田高道研究科長は、マラヤ大学Faculty of Business and Economics研究科長 Yusniza Kamarulzaman教授と会談し意見交換をいたしました。

マラヤ大学はマレーシアを代表する最高学府であり、その知名度・影響力・実力はマレーシア国内ナンバーワンであるだけでなく、世界トップクラスにランクされています。マラヤ大学におけるMBAプログラムは2つの国際認証（AACSBとAMBA）を既に獲得しているFaculty of Business and Economics にて提供されています。

マラヤ大学を訪問するABS海外研修セミナーはこの1年間で3回開催されており、今回もYusniza研究科長から直々にハラル・ホスピタリティーに関する講義をいただくことができました。

細田研究科長とYusniza研究科長は知己の間柄でもあり、今回の意見交換では、海外研修セミナーをベースとしてさらなる両校の関係強化、共同研究可能性を模索、国際認証取得・継続の協力関係構築など、短中長期に渡るトピックの意見交換をいたしました。今後の益々のABSとの連携が期待されます。

International Exchange: Meeting with Dean Yusniza of the University of Malaya

On August 20, as part of the ABS Overseas Study Seminar, Professor Takamichi Hosoda, Dean of the Graduate School of International Management, Aoyama Business School (ABS), visited the University of Malaya and held a meeting with Professor Yusniza Kamarulzaman, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics.

The University of Malaya is recognized as Malaysia’s leading institution of higher education. Renowned for its academic excellence, reputation, and influence, it is ranked not only as the top university in Malaysia but also among the world’s top universities. The Faculty of Business and Economics, which offers the University of Malaya’s MBA program, has obtained two prestigious international accreditations: AACSB and AMBA.

Over the past year, ABS has organized the Overseas Study Seminar at the University of Malaya on three occasions. During this latest visit, Dean Yusniza delivered a special lecture on halal hospitality.

During the discussions, Dean Hosoda and Dean Yusniza, who have an established professional relationship, explored a range of topics. These included strengthening collaboration between the two institutions through the seminar program, identifying opportunities for joint research, and developing cooperative frameworks for the acquisition and renewal of international accreditations.

The meeting reaffirmed the strong ties between ABS and the University of Malaya and set the stage for further collaboration in the years ahead.
