Event Report：The 1st Aoyama HR Forum for 2025, "Challenges to Human Capital Management," Was Successfully Held

The 1st Aoyama HR Forum for 2025, titled "Challenges to Human Capital Management," was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

This forum focused on human capital management, a topic that has been gaining increasing attention in recent years. Professor Toshiko Suda, who published “Insights from 40 Years of SHRM Research: How to Achieve HR-Driven Human Capital Management” in November, introduced the key points of her book. In addition, two guest speakers, Mr. Naoto Hishida, Executive Officer and Head of Human Resources at KDDI Corporation, a leading company in human capital management, and Mr. Hiroki Hiramatsu, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fujitsu Limited, shared their companies’ human capital management initiatives.

With growing interest in human capital management, the forum drew approximately 70 participants despite being held on a weekday evening, and it featured lively and engaging discussions.
