The Japan Finance Corporation is a government-affiliated financial institution wholly owned by the government, aiming to implement government policies and promote economic development and stability. The "Research Monthly Report" is a magazine aimed at providing information to small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) managers and other stakeholders who are eligible for the SME business support program, one of the JFC's projects.
