Tiina Ropo from Finland Visits ABS

On October 2, 2026, Tiina Ropo, CEO of Business Japan, from Finland ,visited Aoyama Business School (ABS).

During her visit, she met with Dean Taka Hosoda, Specially Appointed Professor Hidetoshi Seki, and Yutaka Osawa to exchange views on upcoming initiatives in business education between Japan and Finland.

The meeting included discussions on the content and activities of the ABS study seminar in Finland scheduled for February 2027. The participants also discussed preparations for welcoming EMBA students from Tampere University to Tokyo in September 2027, including the possibility of organizing a workshop in collaboration with other business schools in Tokyo.

The meeting is expected to further strengthen the foundation for educational exchange between ABS and Tampere University and create meaningful international learning opportunities for students from both institutions.
