Overseas Study Seminar I:Seattle Study Tour Report -part3 “University of Washington Foster School of Business Lecture and Workshop in Seattle”

On February 10, as part of ABS’s Overseas Study Seminar I, we participated in lectures and workshops at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business in Seattle together with our program participants. We attended a lecture on culture and communication by Associate Dean Jean Choy as well as a session on innovation ecosystems and strategy led by Professor Emily Cox-Pahnke. We also participated in a campus tour kindly led by Ms Allison MacCarty, Senior Program Manager. From ABS, Dean Takamichi Hosoda, Associate Professor Yuta Hirose, Assistant Professor David Nichols and Assistant Kayoung Kim also joined the visit.

Foster School of Business is one of the leading business schools in the United States, leveraging its strong ties with global companies such as Microsoft to bridge theory and practice and to develop next-generation leaders through programs including the Executive MBA.
